Rabbi Tzvi Schwartz

Rabbi Zvi has always been a beloved teacher and close friend to countless university students. In 2006, he moved with his family from Israel becoming the campus rabbi at Washington University in St. Louis. For 8 years, he was engaging students with weekly classes, trips to Israel, and one-on-one study. In 2010, Rabbi Zvi and the University Jewish Experience expanded its programming to the AEPI chapter of University of Missouri where 100 AEPI brothers enrolled in the Maimonides Leaders Fellowship Program and 45 brothers went to Israel on the first ever AEPI Birthright trip. In 2013 UJE brought over it’s campus program to the AEPI chapter of the University of Delaware, creating a vibrant Maimonides club for brothers with weekly learning sessions in their homes.

Rabbi Schwartz is excited to bring his passion for Jewish learning to the University of Delaware as UJE continues to create new opportunities for Jewish students around the country.
